Not necessarily. Sometimes you can get away with just replacing the valve stem so long as the sensor has no been damaged in the process.

If you only need one new sensor, then it can cost between £80 to £120 depending on the type of vehicle you have. However, we can reduce the cost if you purchase a tyre at the same time, or if you buy more than one sensor at a time.

If you have a solid TPMS light on your dashboard, then you can remove it by inflating your tyres to the correct pressure and resetting your light.

If you have a flashing TPMS light, then you need a new tyre pressure sensor.
